The Mahatma Gandhi Institute, School of Indological Studies, Department of Sanskrit, is pleased to offer the Sanskrit Sopana Programme through English and Hindi Medium. This foundation-level course is specially designed for secondary school students and beginners who wish to learn Sanskrit in a simple and structured manner. The programme develops skills in transliteration, translation, grammar, reading, writing and basic conversation in Sanskrit. Learners will gain exposure to texts from the Bhagavad Gītā, Pañcatantra, Hitopadeśa, Rāmāyaṇa and Mahābhārata while preparing for further Sanskrit studies at School Certificate level. Mode: Blended Learning.
