This course introduces participants to the principles and practices of peacebuilding from interdisciplinary and intercultural perspectives. It explores themes such as conflict resolution, dialogue, social cohesion, ethical leadership, non-violence and sustainable peace. The programme draws upon global and Indian philosophical traditions, including concepts such as Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, to promote mutual understanding and harmony in multicultural societies. Participants will engage with contemporary peace-related issues through discussions, case studies and reflective learning. The course is ideal for educators, community leaders, youth and individuals interested in social development and peace studies.
